I have a Lenovo ideapad 320 and want to install veriface recognition to it. I tried installing Pro but it wouldn't go because it states to download a pervious version first but it still won't go on. It states it can only be downloaded on a Lenovo computer? Please help me?
How can I install a second user on my laptop using Veriface? At this moment, the laptop only accepts my face.

Firstly, you will have to log in as Administrator. After this, go to Control Panel > User Accounts. Add a new account, then switch to the VeriFace Pro application. Select the newly created account and manage the profile. Change the password, add images, perform a recognition etc.
You can also browse to the installation directory and look for PDF or CHM files where you can find instructions with images on how to do this.
Is this version compatible with Windows 10? My VeriFace went away when I upgraded to Windows 10, and have been patiently waiting for a new version to come out so I can install it.

This is a known issue by Lenovo, and by default when Windows 10 is installed the Verifcare Pro is removed automatically due to compatibility.

You can check the information on the following link: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht103611
You will have to wait for the update to be released by Lenovo to be able to use the VeriFace Pro application.
Periodic checks are recommended using the support page of Lenovo: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/
